Coaching Philosophy
Bluefish Swim Club coaches believe in three key components to develop championship level swimmers: Advanced Stroke Technique, Proper Endurance Training, and Race Specific Training. Through specialized and focused practice sessions, swimmers learn how to excel in all disciplines of competitive swimming.
Coaches will challenge swimmers on a daily basis to not only be physically engaged in challenging and progressive practice sessions, but mentally engaged to further each athlete's understanding of their own physical tools and the principles of competitive swimming.
